Miriam Pinkerton's paintings are impressionistic landscapes, florals, and abstract form of nature. Her colors are rich and vibrant, yet there remains a sensitivity in her work.
Miriam has had a lifetime interest in the arts and works in watercolor, acrylic, collage and pastels. Finding stimulation in exploring new materials and techniques, she has studied under such noted instructors as Don Andrews, Mary Alice Braukman, Marilyn H. Phillis, Mary T. Beam, Polly Hammett and Susan Ogilvie.
